Yaro awarded Group 2 at World Dog Show in Madrid, Spain.

You may know him as Yaro, but at the dog shows, he’s known as Starfire’s Kamikaze of Orisha, Grand Champion Hound (G.C.H). He is the top Azawakh in the world and one of the most winning Azawakh’s in the United States. This earned him a spot at the coveted 146th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show at the Lyndhurst Mansion in upstate New York and entry into the World Dog Show in Madrid, Spain where he was awarded a Group 2 Placement at 18 months old.

Dr. Essie and Jordan Yates chose Yaro for his stunning composition, flare, and unique temperament. The marvelous Pino Renzulli was chosen to handle Yaro following his outstanding performance at Westminster with Nala. Pino and Yaro began training together when he was 12 weeks old. At 16 weeks, Yaro won his first Puppy Best In Show, the first of many wins on his road to becoming a champion hound and one of the most successful Azawakhs ever.

When Yaro is not at the shows, he enjoys lure coursing and bolting around the yard with Nala at breakneck speeds.
